General Terms and Conditions


These conditions define the process of ordering, payment, delivery and reclamation of products offered on our website. The seller of the product is Terrible Creations d.o.o. with its registered office at Charlesa Darwina 10, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 46949962486 (hereinafter: the Seller).

The website is owned by the Seller. Unless otherwise agreed by the contracting parties, the General Terms and Conditions of the Seller published on this page and applicable regulations, primarily the Consumer Protection Act, apply, especially in the part where the said law regulates the issue of distance contracts, OG 41/14, Chapter III – Concluding contracts outside business premises and distance contracts.

A buyer is any legal or natural person who makes a purchase. An online customer is a visitor to the website who fills in an electronic order and orders (buys) at least one product. The user is every visitor to this site.

Concluding a contract through the website presents concluding a distance contract. Remote communication means are all means that can be used for concluding distance contracts without the simultaneous physical presence of the trader and the consumer, such as the Internet and e-mail.

The contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the Buyer’s offer, and everything listed on the website is an invitation to place an offer. The seller may terminate the contract of sale if the buyer does not pay the purchase price, and is not obliged to deliver the product until the moment of receipt of the purchase price. If for some reason the Buyer does not pick up the shipment and it’s returned to the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to try to repeat the delivery.

An integral part of these General Terms and Conditions are the Privacy and Security Statement. If the User does not agree with the General Terms and Conditions and the Statement on privacy and security of personal data, they are obliged to leave and not use the website

The content of the website is available in Croatian. The official language for concluding sales contracts is Croatian.



The customer gets acquainted with the main features of the product on the website

Seller reserves the right to change information, including product prices and special offers on the site without prior notice. Along with the photo of the product there is a description of the main features of the product and its price. Prices, payment terms and special offers are valid only at the time of ordering and/or payment.



Purchases are made on the website by filling out the form provided. When filling out the form, the Buyer is obliged to enter all the information required of them. The purchase can be made with the confirmation of the Buyer that they have previously read and understood the General Terms and Conditions and that they have agreed to them and are aware of the fact that it is an order with an obligation to pay. 

Shopping is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Seller is not responsible for the cost of using computer equipment and telecommunications services required to access the service. The Buyer will be notified by e-mail about the confirmation of the order (receipt of an e-mail containing the offer for the Buyer) and about sending the shipment.

In the event that the Seller for any reason is unable to deliver any of the ordered products, they will contact the  Buyer, by phone or e-mail, for the purpose of agreeing on delivery of a replacement product, cancellation of the ordered product or agreeing on a new delivery time. In case of impossibility of delivery of the ordered and paid product, the Seller will refund the Buyer.

 The purchase of products and/or services in the name and on behalf of a minor or a person deprived of legal capacity (in whole or in part) may be requested only by their legal representatives. The purchase is made by ordering available products that the Buyer chooses based on the photo and basic description. In case of problems or ambiguities during the order, the Buyer can contact the Seller at the e-mail address



By clicking on the “Add to cart” icon on the Seller’s website, the selected product is added to the cart. By simply placing the product in the cart, the product is not reserved, ordered or purchased. The customer can continue to add products by clicking on the option “Continue shopping” or at any time review the cart by clicking on the cart icon or complete the product selection process by clicking on “Go to payment”. When the Customer completes the product selection process, clicking on “Go to payment” they will be redirected to the page where they fill in personal data for delivery, select the payment method, enter the discount code if they have a coupon or a gift voucher, and make additional notes if available. It is not possible to continue the purchase without marking the box “I have read and agree to the general terms and conditions” by which the Customer confirms that they have read and understood these General Terms and Conditions and that they agree with them. By clicking on “Change cart contents”, the customer can change the contents of the cart at any time before the end of the purchase. If the Customer agrees to purchase the products in the cart, they can click on the “Order” icon. After the Buyer has placed an order by clicking on the “Order” icon, the Seller will send the General Terms and Conditions to the Buyer’s e-mail address together with the order confirmation and the order number confirming that the Buyer’s order has been received during processing. The Seller will send to the Buyer via e-mail a confirmation of the concluded sales contract together with a confirmation that the shipment has been sent. If the Buyer does not receive the ordered products paid for within 20 working days from the payment, or 20 working days from the conclusion of the sales contract with the agreed payment upon receipt, they are obliged to inform the Seller at If the Buyer has not received the purchase confirmation by e-mail within 72 hours or it is not possible to access the service in the manner specified in the e-mail, they are obliged to contact the Seller at the e-mail address



All listed prices are expressed in Croatian kuna with VAT. The prices of the products do not include delivery costs, which will be specified when ordering, and added to the total amount of the order. The seller is authorized to change prices without prior notice and to specify a discount, daily or weekly promotions or special offers at any time. 

The customer can pay for the ordered products by one of the following payment methods:

Currency Conversion
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.

Safety Programs and Relevant Links


Delivery costs in the amount of HRK 35.00 are paid by the Buyer. Delivery of products is done through DPD Croatia d.o.o., within the Republic of Croatia. The Seller checks the correctness of the ordered product before each delivery. 

Upon receipt of  the product, the buyer is obliged to check for any damage and immediately report it to the delivery worker, or refuse to receive  the shipment on which external damage is visible or if the package is open and not closed with the original tape. If the shipment is rejected, the delivery service will return the shipment to the Seller, noting that the shipment contains a defect. A shipment that has been duly received by the Buyer is considered to have been free of damage. 

If the Buyer does not take over the product or refuses to take over the product without a valid reason, the Seller reserves the right to demand reimbursement of handling, transportation and other possible delivery costs.


Delivery for the product Cat in the Bag – regular edition

The product for the current month is sent between the 22nd and 25th of the month, all packages on the same day.


Delivery for the product Cat in a bag – special gift edition 

The product will be shipped to the delivery service within 7 working days upon receipt of payment of the purchase price. Delivery costs in the amount of HRK 35.00 are paid by the buyer. The seller checks the correctness of the ordered product before each delivery.



If the Buyer has a justified complaint about the delivered products, he is obliged to inform the Seller in writing. Complaints related to product defects and all other complaints can be submitted by e-mail to: or by mail to: Terrible Creations d.o.o., Charlesa Darwina 10, HR-10000 Zagreb. The seller will respond to all complaints in writing within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

 In the case of a justified complaint, it is possible to terminate the contract with a refund or replacement of the product, in which case the cost of replacing the product with a new one is borne entirely by the Seller. 

If the Seller and the Buyer / User cannot reach an agreement in their dispute, the Buyer / User is authorized to use the Online Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform (ORS Platform) established by the European Commission Regulation no. 524/2013 on online resolution of consumer disputes, which applies from 9 January 2016.



All customers of the web shop have the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement. Refunds can be requested within 14 days of receiving the product. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer, and the return is made exclusively by sending to the address: Terrible Creations d.o.o., Charlesa Darwina 10, HR-10000 Zagreb. Refunds are made if the product is delivered in unused original packaging, originally packaged, with the same number of items and the original invoice. 

The Buyer is obliged to inform the Seller about its decision to terminate the contract before the expiration of the term for unilateral termination through the form for unilateral termination of the contract or through any other unambiguous statement expressing its will to terminate the contract. The buyer is obliged to send a statement on the termination of the contract before the expiration of the deadline for termination of the contract by e-mail to the seller’s address: 

The Seller will refund the Buyer only after the goods have been returned to him using the same means of payment used by the Buyer during the payment. 

If the product is determined to have been used, the Seller is not obliged to refund the funds paid. In that case, the product is returned to the Buyer at his expense.

In case of additional questions or ambiguities related to the General Terms and Conditions, you can contact the email address By accessing the website or using any part of its content, it is considered that the User accepts the General Terms and Conditions of the website, as well as all other rules and conditions of use of the website and services provided through it. Users agree not to use the Website in a manner that harms authors or third parties, and accept all risks of using the Website and the Services. If the User does not agree with the above, he is obliged to stop using the website and the services provided through it. The content of the website is protected by copyright. The user is obliged to keep the information about their user account secret, and is fully responsible for all damage caused by unauthorized use of their user account.

The Seller reserves the right to change or amend the General Terms and Conditions at any time, as well as the right to change, amend or terminate any part of its business at any time and without prior notice, including the website, or any part thereof, services, subpages or services provided through them. The changes take effect on the day of publication on the website Continuation of access to the website or use of any part of its content will be considered consent to the amended or supplemented General Terms and Conditions.
